So your day could look: Contact person: You serve owners and owners in all aspects of WEG administration. Organizational institution: You prepare owner meetings, execute them and implement the decisions taken. Object managerin: You carry out regular object visits and control technical and infrastructural measures. Coordinatorin: You monitor maintenance, audit and operator obligations and coordinate their compliance. Problem solverin: You handle damages and insurance cases and ensure efficient handling. Communication talent: You are professionally exchanged with owners, authorities, insurance companies, lawyers and external service providers. Optimizerin: You identify technical and economic optimization potentials and implement them in a targeted manner.

Your potentials: Qualification: You have a training or qualification in the real estate sector, for example as a real estate businessman/wife, real estate professionals or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you will bring relevant professional experience to the WEG administration. Ready for development: If the necessary qualification is not yet available, you are willing to acquire it as part of a training course with subsequent IHK examination. Expertise: You have knowledge of WEG law and technical and commercial understanding. Customer orientation: You convince by a friendly, secure and service-oriented appearance. Economic thinking: cost and quality awareness are among your strengths. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, bindingly and like to work in the team. Responsibility: You are characterized by their own initiative, reliability and willingness to use. Self-employment: You work structured and carefully and have a high number affinity. EDV-Kenntnisse: You can safely control the current MS-Office applications. Driving licence: You have a class B licence.
