Individually responsible implementation of the monthly pay bill for our different status groups (Professor:innen, Verwaltungs- und Wissenschaftliche Zusammenarbeitde, Werkstudierende, Minijobber, Intern:innen) with all upstream and downstream activities for a defined accounting cycle Maintenance of billing-relevant personal data (maintenance data, absences, variable pay components) including management of digital personal data Certification and communication with various institutions (sickness funds, financial offices, social security institutions, Federal Employment Agency) Competent:r Contact:in questions relevant to social insurance, wage tax and billing for our employees and managers Ensuring compliance with legal and operational regulations Assessment and settlement of property claims Participation in the continuous optimization and further development of the processes Support for internal and external audits

Completed commercial or tax training or comparable qualification, ideally with a further training in the field of human resources or Payments Included multi-year professional experience in pay billing, in addition to standard billing topics, also experience in billing railway cards, company tickets, mailings, company pension plans and call readiness Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security, as well as basic knowledge of employment contracts Basic knowledge of wage accounting (according with accounting) Ideally experience in the assessment and settlement of property benefits Safe handling of DATEV (LODAS) and MS Office applications Embossed service orientation, communication skills and team orientation High level of discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility Structured, independent and precise operation Very good German knowledge (min.
