Planning & maintenance of technical projects in the field of operations such as transfer of work, acquisition of new equipment and scaling of existing processes Support and advice for investment projects including creation of business cases Optimization of manufacturing processes and scaling for higher output Creation of budget and timetables including associated reports and documentation Interface Function between Operations, Purchasing, Engineering and External Partners (m/w/d) and Suppliers (m/w/d) Close exchange with the other plants in the production network related to Capacity and joint/scalable projects Introduction and compliance with multi-site standards in cooperation with Global Operations

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or comparable Proven professional experience in a comparable position Very good knowledge in project management and in the selection and procurement of plants and machines Experience in the area of Transfer of Work desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Ability to present complex expertise in a comprehensible manner and a pronounced communication and team capability Basic readiness for occasional missions
