Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) First contact person*in for a defined circle of experts and executives of the BGZ sites Nord (Gorleben, Brokdorf, Brunsbüttel and Geesthacht/Krümmel) and their support by the Employee Life Cycle Advising and working on operational topics and labour and collective bargaining issues in cooperation with the Legal Department Conduct candidate interviews together with the departments after the consultation with the recruiting Accompanying pre- and onboarding processes as well as working with HR-based projects Confidential cooperation with the works councils of the supervised organisational units Working in the design and negotiation of operating agreements/regulatory agreements Conducting BEM talks Editing administrative HR operations in compliance with any existing BR co-determination (personal individual measures incl. Contract management, certificates etc.)

Successfully completed (university)training with a focus on HR and several years of experience in operational staff work Good knowledge in the various specialist areas, including labour law Understanding HR Organisations, Processes and Systems Experience in cooperation with works council bodies Profitable appearance as well as the ability to convince and build relationships Communicativer team playerin with a high service orientation and absolute confidentiality Readiness to travel with regard to the sites to be maintained Own-responsible, earnings- and target-oriented mode of operation Analytical thinking, high commitment and sense of responsibility
