Your tasks: Care and advice of our workshop customers as the first contact person on site

Planning and creating repair orders

Record vehicle and order data

master data management of customer-related data

Repair of vehicles

Return of rental and replacement vehicles

Return vehicles to customers and customers and answer general questions about the repair scope

Ensure frictionless operation within the service team
