You actively contribute to the construction, development and practical implementation of our quality management system at the site. Together with the departments, You ensure compliance with our quality standards as well as the requirements of ISO 9001, IFS Logistics and HACCP. You support the further development of our HACCP, hygiene and quality management. You create, maintain and improve quality-relevant documentation, processes and standards. You plan, accompany and coordinate internal and external audits and manage the implementation of derived measures. You identify potential for improvement, develop suitable solutions together with the disciplines and check their effectiveness. You plan and conduct training and instruction on quality topics. You create and analyse quality indicators and derive improvement measures together with those responsible. As a competent contact person, you support operational and administrative areas in integrating quality requirements into everyday work in a practical and successful manner.

You have completed commercial, logistical or comparable training and want to develop in the field of quality management. First professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, logistics or in the food environment is of advantage, but no requirement. Ideally, you will bring first knowledge in the areas of ISO 9001, IFS Logistics, HACCP or Audit Management. You work structured, carefully and independently and keep an overview of several tasks. You think process-oriented, question existing processes constructively and develop practical solutions. You take responsibility, drive issues consistently and implement improvements sustainably. You communicate safely and are happy to work with different disciplines. You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications.
