As a team leader: in the Service Desk, you will find the exciting opportunity to play a decisive role in our company and to lead a highly motivated team. Your responsibilities include: You reliably and effectively manage the service-desk team from setting to coaching and training of your employees. You carry out detailed controlling to contribute to long-term business development. As a contact person for the service-desk team, you are available with questions about processes and escalations. You coordinate and implement measures to ensure service quality. You support the introduction, improvement and redesign of processes in the Service Desk. You can also perform your tasks remotely.

Ready for regular office presence to promote team development and knowledge sharing. At least three years of professional training or study (Bachelor) or corresponding professional training/work experience Good knowledge of the office environment Understanding figures, analytical and mathematical thinking abilities in managing and planning resources Communication strength as well as safe and convincing appearance Very good knowledge of German and English
