Our expectations for you Completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable IT course, alternatively a recognized vocational training in an IT training profession and several years of professional experience in the IT environment Experience in project management/subproject management of complex projects Knowledge of the control and control of (external) service providers Experience in the measures to transfer new IT services and IT solutions to operation Good team skills and leadership skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing - C1 level Good English skills desirable Ideally ITIL certification with multi-year professional experience JOBV1_EN
