Control and coordination of new building projects over all project phases Central interface between internal departments and external planning and project participants Organisation and optimization of planning, decision-making and voting processes Monitoring of costs, dates, qualities and contractual contents Technical support and coordination of architects:inside, specialist planners:inside and exporting companies Coordination with authorities and management of project-related correspondence Participation in awards, contract negotiations and project decisions

Complete study of architecture or civil engineering Professional experience in project control, construction management or construction monitoring, ideally in the new building Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant building and contract regulations Safe handling of MS Office and common project management tools Interest in professional development and modern construction processes To be successful in the role, you need the following personal skills: Structured, self-responsible operation and pronounced organisational skills Communication strength and safe occurrence against internal and external partners
