As Manager Recruiting (w/m/d), you are contact person:in for candidate:inside, our recruiting formats continue to develop and accompany their operational implementation. In addition, exciting topics in the sales area are your tasks.

The position shall be taken as part-time part-time within 30 hours (0.78 full-time equivalent). The body shall first be limited to one year, but may subsequently be extended or terminated. Your duties

Accompanying and advising candidate:inside for the master programs over the entire recruiting tunnel from initial contact to the field offer Proactive use of the CRM platform to ensure targeted and high-quality response across the entire customer journey Participation in the planning, implementation and success control of recruiting formats on- and off-campus Participation in university trade fairs as well as events for the recruitment of students for the Bachelor and Master programs associated with travel to (international) trade fairs as well as occasional weekend work Support of Associate Director Marketing & Admissions in the further development and digitization of Recruiting

Completed university studies or comparable training in a relevant subject or Training First professional experience in recruiting and/or sales, preferably in the field of higher education Individual initiative, flexibility and organizational talent as well as strong service and customer orientation Secure and convincing communication in word and writing in German and English High affinity for or first experiences in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Careful and reliable operation with consideration of both the details and the 'Big Picture'
