Technical and central management of the Accident & Health Claims division in close coordination with the (international) Support and training of the damage departments of the companies and carriers in Germany and abroad as well as imple­mentation of new legal and regulatory requirements Insurance, legal and medical assessment of property behaviour, possibly in cooperation with lawyers: Management of damage negotiations with customers:inside, brokers:inside Processing and control of major and special damage and court proceedings Participation in control and planning processes from the perspective of damage management Planning, monitoring and implementation of audit processes at home and abroad as well as cooperative cooperation with the areas of Global Claims Steering, Global Claims Analytics and Underwriting Support for product development from the perspective of damage processing

Completed study of law, economics, medicine or comparable quality with corresponding professional experience In-depth knowledge of insurance, ideal for accident and/or travel insurance Multiannual experience in damage regulation Analytical skills, structured working methods and team skills IT affinity and experience with sparten-related project topics (development of portal/online solutions and inventory or damage systems) Joy in the joint development of innovative solutions and agile mindset Very good German and English language skills (C1) and other foreign language skills desirable Readiness to travel No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
