You take the professional leadership of your team on the packaging line, coordinate the workflows and ensure smooth layer operation You are responsible for the pre- and post-processing of the plants, perform batch change and ensure optimal use of personnel and material You continuously monitor the plant performance, capture relevant key figures and promptly guide appropriate measures for deviations or standstills You ensure careful and GMP-compliant batch documentation and thus ensure compliance with our high quality standards You are systematically working on new employees and, if necessary, you are also packing yourself to achieve the production goals together in the team

You have already gained professional experience in production, ideally complemented by a technical or scientific background Your work is characterized by high sense of responsibility, reliability and a pronounced sense of quality. As a highly communication team player, you can take over the coordination, adapt flexibly to new situations and always keep an overview You are safe to use the current MS Office programs For complete documentation and coordination in the team, you bring very good German skills (min.
