We combine craft with fresh ideas and inspire our customers every day again. Whether for large events with more than 1000 participants or for a small family celebration. This requires a dynamically agile team, which wants to grow in the coming years.

We are looking for you with a special requirement profile – for a mixture of “Haute Cuisine”, “Digital Kitchen” and “Truffle Pig” for new product creations.

Your work is composed of 70% love for cooking & manufacturing our products and 30% of the following tasks:

Skills/main tasks

• direct cooperation kitchen with sales and logistics
• intelligent kitchen planning (explanation in personal conversation)
• Optimization of raw yield ratio
• Develop digital cuisine as a project and take over in the kitchen process
• Development and calculation of new recipes for our offers
• in catering
• seasonal product development

Qualifications/requirements

• multi-year work experience in the field of gastronomy and/or catering

• knowledge in the fields of purchasing, price calculation and goods control
• Experience in working with a modern ERP system
• project-related work
• Driving permit B cars/small buses
