The body shall be permanent and part-time.

• In our shop you give the brand Tchibo a face and the famous smile of Tchibo. That our customers feel comfortable here is your most important mission.
• You are friendly, accommodating, love to advise our customers and implement our sales strategy actively and motivated .
• You like to learn? Then look forward to a training with a mix of theory and practice: by training on and off the job you become the exemplary manager.
• With passion, as a trainee branch manager / shop manager (m/w/d) you take responsibility for your shop and employees.
• You run your team, put your employees in your enthusiasm for the sale and give them regular feedback.
• You manipulate the implementation of our sales strategy and are responsible for achieving the sales and Tchibo targets you set.
• You will ensure the smooth process and optimal product presentation in your shop.

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• You would like to become a branch manager/shop manager (m/w/d) and will soon be able to successfully run your own shop.
• You like to go to people, are open to new things and work independently.
• As an inspiring leadership, you are empathic and able to inspire other people.
• Own responsibility, flexibility, commitment and understanding of numbers are characteristics that characterize you.
• You are welcome to cross-comers – in the best case you will bring experience in the sale, in the gastronomy or in dealing with people.
