Individually responsible processing and implementation of projects of technical building equipment including planning, coordination, monitoring and documentation, taking into account technical, economic and regulatory requirements Planning and implementation of structural measures (reconstruction measures at the site, office and space renovations) Processing of structural questions related to building operation Coordination and team management of internal services in the head office

Completed university degree (Bachelor / Master) of the Department of Supply Technology or a comparable subject or equivalent knowledge and professional experience Funded knowledge in public procurement, contracting and construction, in particular HOAI, VgV, UVgO, VOB and relevant DIN regulations and experience in the implementation of award procedures Confidentiality with the rules necessary for the management of an office and office building (ArbStättVO etc.) Embossed organizational capabilities to operate a building management and internal services (post, gate, telephone headquarters) Experience in common office software and the willingness to work into new systems Communication strength, team spirit and a structured way of working Class B driving licence
