As part of the building law team, you are taking an important internal service function within the legal department for the entire group of companies You advise the subsidiaries on building law-specific issues You design, evaluate and negotiate contracts You accompany the legal project management and are an important partner for the project teams You analyze and evaluate (right) risks in the construction projects and contribute to the economic success of our projects

You have a successful degree in law (at least second state exam) You have already gained first professional experience in a legal department or firm and have deeper knowledge in building contract law You want Expand your specialisation in building law, work in the team and communicate effectively with lawyers and non-jurists You have a strong understanding of the economic contexts that shape legal activities in a company You are flexible and advise the holding companies personally on site You like to learn new things, look beyond the edge of the plate, understand complex relationships and bring knowledge of German (at least C1 level) with
