As a central contact person, you are fully engaged in our clientele. In doing so, you conduct independently appointments with our clientele and ensure a sustainable bond and its satisfaction. You actively acquire new customers (within the Sparkassenfinanzgruppe), contribute significantly to sales success through your sales-oriented operation and represent PROSERV!CE at relevant events and fairs. As part of your activity, you coordinate enquiries, create offers, support in the contractual agreement with our clientele and tax ongoing topics in close cooperation with the internal specialist areas. In addition, you will participate in controlling the sales targets and provide the customer with necessary information. The routined handling of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook is part of your daily business.

You bring a completed study or an adequate training with a sound commercial background and you have first practice experience from a comparable position (e.g. in sales, back office or customer support). In the day-to-day operating business, you convince by a high degree of self-employment, self-organization and a targeted approach to tasks and projects, as well as by a high number affinity. You enjoy dealing with demanding customers. Here, a sympathetic appearance with a high degree of communication strength and service orientation are of course for you.
