Employee of medical controlling with a focus on MD management (m/f/d)

Are you medical controllers, encoders or experienced nursing professionals interested in MD management and want to design the interface between medicine, documentation and billing? With your expertise in MD management, you contribute to the correct documentation, verifiable evaluation and economic assurance of medical services. We are looking to support the team in operational medical controlling at the next possible date

with focus on MD management in full time and in permanent employment. You coordinate, inter alia, MD exams from the request to the conclusion, prepare documents and coordinate the necessary steps with the departments involved. Our medical controller works closely with doctors, care and administration. We understand ourselves as an advisory of the departments and rely on short coordination channels, professional exchange and continuous further development.

Control and processing of MD test procedures including preparation, communication and follow-up Analysis of medical documentation and identification of optimization possibilities Preparation of expert opinions and accompaniment of case-dialogists and discussion procedures Advising doctors and nurses to improve the quality of documentation Evaluation of test rates, results and revenue potentials Working on projects for the further development of the medical controller

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Ideally advanced training in medical controlling, health management or clinical coding Knowledge of DRG, ICD, OPS are required Good knowledge of relevant legal bases, in particular hospital financing and social law Experience with MD exams Experience in the hospital environment is desirable Interest in documentation and accounting topics Safe handling of hospital information systems and common MS Office applications Does that fit me? You communicate safely with different professional groups and can communicate medical issues in a comprehensible manner.
