Overall responsibility for building and strategic development of an internationally oriented HR sector for the entire WAGNER Group Leadership, development and motivation of staff management, administration and development teams Development and implementation of a future-oriented, international HR and personnel development strategy Ensuring a legally compliant, efficient and service-oriented HR organization (processes, systems, structures) incl. Payments and timing Ensure compliance with all legal, collective and internal requirements in national and international companies Control of central HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle Ensuring the sustainable qualification and development of employees worldwide Responsibility for HR budget, cost management and address-oriented reporting to management and stakeholders Advising management in strategic and labour law issues Positioning HR as a reliable business partner in close cooperation with executives and departments Accompanying transformation, change and organisational development initiatives in the international context Promoting value-oriented, powerful and inclusive corporate culture

Complete study of economics, economics, sociology, economic psychology or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in leading HR positions, ideally in the medium-sized, industrial and international environment Detectable successes in the development of powerful teams and in cooperation with top management as a strategic savings partner for HR topics Found experience along the entire strategic and operational HR value chain In-depth knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Experience in building and developing international HR structures Outstanding expertise in transformation, change management and organisational and cultural development Impressive ability to move safely in dynamic organizational structures and to actively shape change processes Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholders management skills High social competence and personality – empathic, convincing, authentic and team-oriented German and English skills
