Project manager HR IT projects (all genders)
SAP HCM or SuccessFactors User knowledge necessary / experience in managing HR IT projects / proactive Further development and strategic control of HR IT systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors Optimization and automation of existing HR processes to increase efficiency by using IT-based solutions Management and cooperation in HR-IT projects from request analysis to implementation – incl. Time, Budget and Quality Control Use and analysis of HR data to support data-based decisions (HR Analytics, Dashboards, Reporting) Responsibility for system management, data integrity and cooperation with internal stakeholders and external service providers Support, training and support for HR users:in dealing with HR IT systems
