As a regional HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you are responsible for the advice and support of regional executives in North Rhine-Westphalia on operational and strategic issues related to personnel and ensure compliance with company-wide HR processes You are a contact person (m/w/d) for employees:inside and support the junior executives in their programs in order to ensure good training in the branches Together with the regional leaders, you will ensure that job placement is quantitatively and qualitatively In close cooperation with the Human Resources departments at the Service Center Germany in Mannheim, you provide HR solutions for your needs The implementation of workshops and training as well as the support of regional events are also your tasks

They have a relevant degree or training with a corresponding additional qualification They bring at least three years of professional experience in a HR function, preferably with a focus on recruiting, personnel development or training They have good knowledge in the fields of personnel selection, personnel development and training Your willingness to travel to support the local branches round off your profile
