Responsibility for the operational planning and control of production and logistics processes Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Planning Active cooperation in production planning – from time, capacity and resource coordination to ensuring resilient production and delivery plans Close cooperation with manufacturing, procurement and project management to ensure material availability, production resources and assembly capacities Early detection of bottlenecks, timing deviations and target conflicts Introduction of appropriate measures to ensure dates and process stability

Complete technical vocational training, ideally in the industrial environment Multiannual experience in production control and/or logistics or a comparable production-oriented task Good understanding of production processes, material availability, capacity planning and timing Secure handling of ERP/Planning Systems and MS Office; Experience with MRP and manufacturing processes of advantage First leadership experience or strong ability to guide, motivate and further develop employees Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation as well as the ability to keep track of bottlenecks and date deviations Communication strength, decision-making and team orientation in cooperation with Manufacturing, Procurement and Project Management
