Your future job:

For our customer Airbus Aerostructures, you are working at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site as a maintenance / lean manager (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Creation of technical maintenance and maintenance specifications using measurement variables and KPIs
• Management and processing of maintenance projects and process analyses
• Creation and testing of specifications, acceptances and commissioning, warranty tracking and separation
• Participation in location planning
• Organisation of spare parts management and plant training
• Coordination and implementation of expert examinations
• Development and design of the technical improvement and evaluation and selection of the solution according to technical economic criteria
• coordination, instruction and monitoring of the use of foreign companies and the creation of work instructions
• Maintenance planning, development and monitoring of maintenance standards (technology, customers, foreign companies and their own processes)
• Continuous development of the processes by using digital solutions and industrial standards

Your profile:

• Complete study of engineering, technical studies or comparable qualifications
• Multiannual professional experience in maintenance and project management
• Knowledge of Lean Management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German language skills in word and writing
• Good knowledge of English
• Willingness to 2-shift work, early and late shift
