Head of Department Co-Determination (m/f/d)

Strategic management: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the co-determination department. In doing so, design the strategic orientation, answer the objective and promote a powerful, service-oriented team culture. Co-determination & committee work: You develop modern co-determination processes and ensure their legislative implementation. In close cooperation with the General Works Council, the Representation of Disabled Persons and other bodies, you will promote trusting and constructive cooperation. Negotiation & implementation: You control negotiations on operating agreements, collective agreements and regulatory agreements. In doing so, you implement corporate goals in concrete agreements and actively accompany change processes. Advice & qualification: As a central contact person, the management advises you on business constitutional issues. In addition, you promote understanding of participation through targeted training of executives and employees. Communication & Cooperation: You provide effective communication within the organization, promote cross-departmental cooperation and establish formats for knowledge transfer and quality management. Resource & Financial Responsibility: You are responsible for the financial planning of the department and the workers' bodies. Ensure efficient structures, processes and systems and control personnel planning within the department.

For (except) tariff employees Successfully completed academic studies (jur. Staatsexamen, LL.M.) of law Multiannual professional experience in the field of labour law and well-founded expertise and project management knowledge First relevant leadership experience Knowledge of labour law, in particular collective labour law Experience in a transforming environment and knowledge about the implications that have such a transformation for corporate structures, culture and processes
