Process analysis: Analyze existing business processes in pharmaceuticals and mechanical engineering and develop meaningful optimizations Application development: Design and develop applications on low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix or OutSystems) Prototype creation: Create prototypes, MVPs and productive enterprise solutions System integration: Integrate apps into existing system landscapes (e.g. ERP, MES, LIMS or DMS) Interface Conversion: Implement Interfaces via APIs, Connectors or Middleware Regulatoric implementation: Ensure that all relevant requirements such as GxP, CSV and Data Integrity are complied with Documentation: Create technical documentation according to pharmaceutical quality standards Stakeholder Management: Work closely with other disciplines such as production, quality assurance, engineering and IT User training: Support and school Key User and Citizen Developer Platform development: Wirke on the continuous development of the low-code governance and our platform architecture with

Education and experience: You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification. Experiences in regulated industries (Pharma, MedTech, Food) as well as low-code certifications (Power Platform, Mendix, etc.) are beneficial. Low-Code/No-Code Expertise: You have practical experience with one or more low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power App, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse or alternatively Mendix, Outsystems, Appian or Simplifier) and knowledge of relational databases and data modeling as well as experience with API integration, REST and web services. Additional basic knowledge of script languages (e.g. JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or C#) is advantageous. Pharma environment: You have experience with regulatory requirements such as GMP, GAMP5, Annex 11 or 21 CFR Part 11 and knowledge of CSV processes (validation, test documentation, risk analysis). Generally, you have an understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, quality assurance and data integrity. Mechanical Engineering / Industry 4.0: Ideally, you have experience with machine and sensor data and knowledge in the context of ERP, CAX or PDM systems. You also have a good understanding of production and assembly processes. Working methods: You approach analytical and structured topics, work independently and are ready to take responsibility. In addition, you have a pronounced ability to translate complex process requirements into technical solutions. Care: You are quality conscious and have an affinity for documentation and regular work. Team player: you have a high communication capability and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation. Readiness to learn: You are interested in new technologies, processes and regulatory requirements and are happy to develop. Nice-to-have: You have experience in DevOps (Azure DevOps, Git) and with cloud architectures as well as SAP basic knowledge and understanding of UX/UI design principles.
