Cebus GmbH & Co. KG is a private bus company with around 230 employees. With over 100 vehicles, we bring students, commuters and other passengers safely and reliably to the destination in the city and regional transport of Celle.

The CeBus is looking for its partner, the transport companies Bachstein, a coordinator (m/w/d) rail replacement traffic.

Operational Responsibility in Day Business Creation of service and circulation planning for rail replacement traffic (SEV) Planning and control of SEV services according to the client's requirements Preparation of all relevant documents for the driving personnel (service information, redirections, stop shifts, etc.) Information of passengers and clients about replacement stops, driving times and connections Responsibility for stop and route management Creation of proofs of performance, settlements and execution of post-calculations Conception & offer – Strategic SEV planning Development of concepts for different construction conditions (line control, clocks, capacities, buffers) Capacity and resource planning for vehicles, personnel and reserves Creation of driving time and pause concepts, setting of turning and pause points Development of passenger information and route guidance concepts (rail bus, signs, real-time data) Definition of relevant KPIs / SLA such as punctuality, failure rate or connection backup as well as creation of reporting Calculation of offers, creation of price and performance models and participation in tenders Coordination with railway undertakings, responsibilities, associations and contractors Why this position can be the right thing for you We know that work in rail replacement traffic can be challenging – changing construction phases, narrow time windows and high responsibility for a smooth process. Complete training or multiannual experience in the ÖPNV, in the disposition or control center. Funded knowledge in service and circulation planning, costing and billing. Safe handling of the relevant legal regulations, in particular steering and rest periods. Decision-making, service-oriented and resilient. Clear and binding communication internally and externally. Willingness to interregional deployment and weekend/network services depending on the operating phase
