You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional management and development of personnel officers as well as for all operational personnel processes along the employee life cycle (from recruitment, applicant management, personnel administration, to exit). The optimization and further development of processes, the participation in digitization, as well as ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and internal guidelines in your area of responsibility complement your area of responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring and developing HR key figures, together with PER-PS, as well as for identifying and analyzing trends and deriving appropriate measures. The design and updates of operational regulations and agreements for the entire BGE sites as well as trusted communication and cooperation with works council bodies are also part of your task. In addition, you are responsible for the human resource model and its further development, as well as for the maintenance and promotion of occupational and health protection for the employees.

You have a degree in economics, economic psychology, law or comparable training. Long-term professional experience as HR-Business Partner/Referent*in Arbeitsrecht, as group management staff or in a comparable position in collectively bound companies supplement your profile. You have many years of leadership experience, experience in cross-site cooperation in complex structures and with negotiations of operating agreements. Experience in the handling of transformation processes, the digitization of personal processes and in the operational integration management complete your profile.
