Project / Portfolio Manager – Data Analytics (m/f/d)

Strategic project responsibility: You control the entire project portfolio of the Data Analytics Integration & Sales Planning unit. You will significantly shape our core areas – from analysis services to modern sales planning to the strategic structure of our analysis environment. Networkers of conviction: You act as our ambassador in the Sparkassen Financial Group. Trustful communication and exchange with associations, institutes and partners are the foundation of your daily work. From the destination to the timetable: You act as a translator between business visions and technical implementation. You develop resilient project roadmaps and drive their consistent implementation with a sense of timing and quality. Transformation Drivers: You don't get satisfied with the status quo. As a motor of change, you accompany complex transformation processes and ensure their sustainable anchoring in the organization. AI pioneers: You recognize the potentials of AI applications before others have them on the screen. You take the active role in the evaluation and integration of pioneering AI technologies into our process landscape. Sparring partner of the area line: You are the operational backbone of the area and work in a close, trusting partnership directly with the area management to significantly influence the strategic orientation.

Funded expertise: You have a master's degree (quantitative/economic) or a comparable qualification, supported by well-founded experience in the banking sector. Sparkassen-DNA: You are deeply rooted in the Sparkassen financial group. Your 3-5-year experience in data or IT projects allows you to navigate our specific structures and requirements safely. Language precision: You communicate safely and in German (C1 level) – whether in direct conversation, in the committee session or in written conceptual papers. Team player with character: You know that outstanding results are only created by a strong team. You promote a work culture that lives with real respect, high esteem and a portion of humor – even if it becomes stressful in the hot project phase.
