Steering Support / Controlling Office for Children, Youth and Family (m/f/d)

Qualification for the category 2, first entry office of the department General Services or Officials in the category 1, second entry office in the field of general services, which is currently undergoing an ascent procedure in accordance with § 27 ALVO in the category 2, first entry office of its department or Completed training for/for administrative staff with already filed employee examination II or Completed training for the administrative specialist and the existence of the exemption from the compulsory training and examination in accordance with point 7(7). 5(a) of the basic classification schemes for remuneration scheme VKA or Completed (specialized) Higher Education (Bachelor) in the field of Business Administration or equivalent degree with a task-related discipline (e.g. Economics and Social Sciences) Ideally multiannual professional experience based on training or studying and professional experience in specialist and financial controlling in youth assistance Important competences: Experience in the use of controlling instruments to check the efficiency and effectiveness of educational measures Knowledge of structures and financing in youth assistance Software identifiers (data analysis, accounting, accounting) Self-employed and structured work Knowledge of address-oriented data processing and analysis

Development and coordination of a controlling process in the Office for Children, Youth and Family, priority for youth assistance Development of related implementation measures for the introduction of new controlling processes Support of the management in strategic and operational financial and technical planning and control Identification of possible financial risks and effects for the Office for Children, Youth and Family and the development of appropriate measures for re-taxation Continuous specialist control with regard to objectives, quality and effectiveness of offers of youth assistance Creation of reports within the framework of the controlling for the administration and political bodies Support in the budget of the Office for Children, Youth and Family
