HR Payroll Specialist - Mannheim (m/f/d)

You carry out the monthly billing of remuneration for a defined group of employees and ensure that all tariff, tax and social insurance requirements are complied with. You assess wage tax and social insurance issues with a clear focus on international mailing (inbound and outbound) and also support other payroll issues You carry out all reporting and follow-up activities within the framework of the productive accounting procedures You collect and maintain personal master data as well as movement data and keep deadlines reliably in view You take over the entire reporting system, create certificates and are central interface for health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities You are the first contact person for employees and managers to answer all questions about Payroll You create statistics and personnel evaluations and thus provide valuable policy bases for management You accompany audits and audits and actively contribute to projects and cross-border HR tasks

You have completed commercial training You bring multi-year professional experience in Payroll, ideally in the HR department You have sound IT user knowledge, especially in SAP HR and MS Office You are characterized by a high number affinity and accuracy in your way You work structured, solution-oriented and convince by communication strength, team capacity and self-initiative You have joy in dealing with people and understand it, service-oriented and professional to act
