You are responsible for the compliance and enforcement of SHE-Q requirements on the construction sites and are a reliable local contact person You carry out training and training for our employees and thus strengthen the awareness of occupational safety You prepare security meetings and conduct them independently You actively participate in the creation of site risk assessments You take over HSE building site management and organize all relevant work safety measures

You are a technician (m/w/d), master (m/w/d) or engineer (m/w/d) and have successfully completed a further training as a specialist in occupational safety You have professional experience in the construction industry and well-founded expertise in the field of occupational safety Power of persuasion, team ability and clear communication Flexibility, customer orientation and pleasure in organizing complex processes Self-working, safe handling of the MS Office package and readiness to travel for multi-day missions
