For our clients, an innovative, dynamic and publicly listed company in the field of renewable energies based in Rostock, we are looking for the next time Target-oriented development and leadership of the teams for accounting, consolidated financial statements and taxes Management responsibility for currently five employees Trustful and intensive cooperation with the CFO Coordination and quality assurance of the annual financial statements incl. consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS Financial reporting to management and supervisory bodies Creation and timely publication of capital market-relevant reports Optimization of final processes within the framework of efficiency improvements (e.g. Fast Close) Introduction of a standardized monthly financial statements Control and optimization of audits Compliance with tax rules in cooperation with external consultants

Successfully completed commercial training or relevant studies At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in financial and accounting Detectional leadership experience and pronounced communication strength Experience in leadership and development of teams Analytical thinking ability to capture and evaluate complex relationships Excellent communication and presentation skills Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel English language skills, other foreign languages of advantage High team capacity as well as strong organisational and planning capabilities Experience with ERP systems, especially Navision and Lucanet, of advantage
