Your tasks: Self-responsibly and independently, you conduct subprojects of our construction projects with high complexity and make sure that the requirements of our customers are implemented, the latest state of the art is taken into account and that the group specifications and legal regulations are complied with. You are responsible for the quality, budget and timely implementation of the subprojects/projects transferred to you, with the focus on the structures of construction engineering (KIB) and construction / civil engineering in all phases of construction, including pre- and post-processing In addition to budget monitoring, you also proactively tax the contract design and cost accounting As a generalist:in and direct contact for all persons, authorities and companies involved in the project, you will ensure smooth cooperation and ensure efficient capacity/resource planning and control When target deviations occur in your subprojects, you create the necessary transparency, initiate counter-control measures in time and then check the results In addition, you will work out the project reports and participate in project monitoring and reporting to ensure a perfect project documentation at any time.
