Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w/d)

As a Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w/d), you are centrally involved in the entire process – from planning to purchasing to logistics and storage. You are a part of Inside Sales and coordinates local and global operations with third-party companies, keeps track and ensures a smooth, punctual and efficient supply chain.

As an internal interface, you work closely with various departments (e.g. finance, sales, quality), and our international suppliers. You coordinate logistics processes and communicate with external logistics partners, such as warehouse holders and freight forwarders You monitor delivery dates and inventory, coordinate and book goods inputs at logistics service providers at various locations in Europe You control and adjust stocks to the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in coordination with the stock and accounting You support the demand planning in the purchase of goods and take over the operational purchasing of finished materials from our international suppliers in compliance with internal regulations and standards You keep stock in mind and perform regular balances with our SAP system as well as any inventory on site

You have successfully completed your commercial training, have a completed economic (high school) study and/or have professional experience in the fields of supply chain, logistics, purchasing and storage Embossed communication and team skills Through your organizational talent and your good number and process understanding, you work structured and independent You have already worked with SAP S/4 HANA or similar operating systems Incoterms are not strange to you Analytical thinking and good Excel skills You communicate as well in English as in German
