For our products in the HCM environment, we are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer at the next time, which supports us in the field of development with a focus on the modules PA (personal administration) and OM (organization management), also in the context of the SAP Business Warehouse. You are aspiring in a cross-functional product team with flat hierarchies and based on agile procedures.

Tasks that keep you posted: Your expertise is in demand: As an SAP ABAP Developer with the focus on the above-mentioned modules, you move to challenging terrain with us in the structures and dimensions of a large group. You work in the most modern technical environment: SuccessFactors is just as in use as the BTP (Business Technology Platform) and the SAP Roadmap is always in sight. REWE Group plans to introduce Employee Central for the national trading companies. As a developer, you support the migration of the data and the extension of the functions. According to the SAP Roadmap for HCM, we will also make our OnPremise system fit for the future and bring it on HANA basis (H4S4). Through the networking of all SAP technology experts with our base product SAP ERP Development, you regularly receive training and further training in the form of workshops and other in-house trainings and our regular SAP Development Day. So that not only our systems are further developed, but also you as a person, you use our offer for access, including free learning time on the SAP Learning Hub, in order to set you up more and more professionally and to be ready for the future.

You are fit in handling various development methods and tools. You have experiences in interface programming, such as IDOC, REST or batch input. Knowledge in the context of SAP Business Warehouse (Extractors and ABAP in the context of the ETL process) would be a valuable addition – but not a must! With your interest in new topics and lifelong learning, you are proactively organising your own training and building your skills set more and more. Very good knowledge of German is a prerequisite for our communication. And last but not least: the basis for all this is your training as a specialist:in, a (economic) informatics study or a comparable training.
