For our Team People & Culture we are looking for a:n motivated:n Student:in for an internship in HR processes and IT systems at our Bremerhaven site for at least 3 months.

As an intern: in the People & Culture team, you can actively contribute to the design, optimization and digitization of HR processes and systems in order to increase the efficiency in human resources and thus employee satisfaction: As part of an actual analysis, you will focus on our HR processes and IT systems, including possible vulnerabilities. Together with the team, you develop process optimization measures, including in the fields of recruiting, learning & development and performance management. You accompany the further development of our HR systems and applications as well as the implementation of digital tools for automation. You also support us in creating communication materials, presentations and documentation. You will also work on your own projects, such as AI-based human resources management, people analytics or other future-oriented areas.

You are currently studying in business management, human resources management, business informatics or in another appropriate field. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in human resources or in dealing with HR systems. Interesting in processes, digitalization and system landscapes in the HR environment is always brought along. Knowledge in process optimization and methods in process management are advantageous. In exchange with our international team, you can rely on your very good English skills in word and writing. You're analytic and you're doing your tasks structured and independent.
