Total responsibility with P&L responsibility for technical and infrastructure facility management in the field of responsibility, including management of contractors, subcontractors and authorities Responsibility for all maintenance, inspection and repair measures and ensuring smooth operation of the building Technical management and coordination of the technical and infrastructural team including operational, absentee and travel costs management and support of the regional manager in disciplinary topics Budget planning, control and monitoring in compliance with agreed service levels, KPIs and quality standards Consultancy and support of the client in the optimization of operations and monitoring of audits, acceptances and standardization processes Ensuring compliance with work safety, legal requirements, standards, guidelines and operator responsibility including safety and QM missions Control, instruction and quality control of external service providers and foreign companies including performance and warranty tracking

Completed economic or technical university studies and multiannual relevant professional experience or master/technician or long-term relevant professional experience Comprehensive knowledge in Facility Management Very good German and ideally good English skills in word and writing High level of negotiation competence Strongly pronounced quality and cost awareness Customer and service orientation Flexibility, team spirit and commitment driving licence class B
