You act as a project manager for Post-Merger Integration and supports the planning of business growth. You plan and coordinate the transformation from craftsmanship to a central corporate structure. You implement a future-oriented IT infrastructure concept together with interface partners. Together with the interface partners, you are driving forward the further development of the organization of the company's construction and execution. Together with the GF, you opt for central business processes. You support the managing director in the operational day-to-day business and in the strategic business planning. You evaluate company key figures as well as relevant market and environmental information. You prepare management meetings in terms of content and develop convincing presentations for resilient decision-making.

You have a successfully completed economic study or cfb.. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience. You are interested in smart, digital and forward-looking corporate projects. You convince with your technical affinity to ensure the timely implementation of projects. You have a secure handling of MS Office applications. You are characterized by an analytical and structured way of working. Your result-oriented thinking speaks for you and advances forward-looking corporate projects.
