YOU MAKE US – YOU MACHINED Our team is responsible for the development of energy, battery and thermal management systems for electric buses. Short description of the task: Coordination and implementation of development tasks in the field of battery management system. Define and tune the technical requirements for the battery management system. Development of battery management functions. Control of battery management system suppliers (maturity assessment technology, risk management, timing control). Recognize and discard any difficulties arising. Ensure compliance with predetermined development objectives. Develop innovative concepts and methods and secure feasibility. Assessment of the structural results of the development partners. THERE WHAT YOU WANT TO UN You have a completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification. You have gained expert knowledge and proven experience (more than 3 years) in the development of battery management systems and their integration in electric vehicles. You bring well-founded knowledge of software and electronics development in the automotive environment. You have a deep understanding of requirements management and can safely analyze and implement complex technical requirements. You are characterized by pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills. You work independently, structured and show a high level of team skills and communication strength. You master the German and English language in word and writing very well. Knowledge in hardware design is advantageous. You're not bringing everything? No problem!
