Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You take over the overall control and management of glass fiber projects at network level 4 (building networks) and partial network level 3 (connection NVT building) – including appointment, budget and quality responsibility You run and tax external service providers, set clear performance requirements, ensure quality standards and consistently manage differences You operate active stakeholder management, coordinate the coordination with building owners:inside, house administrations and tenants:inside and take a solution-oriented role in conflict management You operate proactive project controlling, monitor progress, milestones, resources and costs, recognise risks early and initiate appropriate countermeasures You'll start structured status reports for advancement and moderate as well as lead project dates (Jour Fixe, construction and coordination meetings) and secure binding results You take responsibility for acceptance and commissioning, organize and accompany the technical decrease from HVT/POP to the end customer, ensure operational performance and complete technical documentation

You have a completed technical training (e.g. IT system electronics:in) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector You have experience in managing and controlling projects, ideally in fiber optic or infrastructure expansion You have strong communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability in dealing with service providers:inside and project partners:inside You have a high degree of organizational ability, a sense of decision and a sense of responsibility You are safe in handling project management tools and can quickly work into new software solutions You have a class B licence
