• Renounced company from machine and plant engineering

  Your tasks:

• Support for process improvements at the site

• Moderation of team meetings for improvement projects

• Performance of value flow analyses and LEAN trainings

• Strategic planning of improvement projects

• Care of Shopfloor Management to visualize and improve process processes

• Development of improvement strategies in the Lean team

• Support of internal compressor Lean network

• Documentation and creation of dashboards with Jira and Confluence

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in a relevant field
• Training for the Lean expert or Scrum master with well-founded experience
• Experience in setting up and adapting Jira projects
• Knowledge of analytical problem solving methods
• Experience in agile project business and with Jira desirable
• Extensive IT skills including MS Office, ideally programming skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English for internal and international communication
