Senior AI Consultant (m/f/d)

You analyze processes, find interfaces and identify where AI brings real added value – with us or directly with the customer. You develop, test and deploy AI solutions – Machine Learning, Deep Learning or Generative AI. You work in modern SAP technologies: Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, Planning, BPC embedded, BI-IP, BW/4HANA and Business Data Cloud – step by step, with the support of our team. You try, test, optimise – with plenty of space for growth and development. You explain AI solutions in a comprehensible way – for specialist areas, IT teams and customers. You evaluate, select and use AI methods and frameworks in a targeted manner, thereby ensuring quality, robustness and traceability. You work closely with disciplines, data and IT teams and bring all stakeholders to a common denominator. You actively support the knowledge transfer in the field of Artificial Intelligence – as a coach and professional support for junior consultants.

Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics. At least 2 years of experience with AI solutions, ideally productive AI-use cases. Practice in Machine Learning, NLP, Data Analysis; Certificates for AI, cloud or data management are a plus. Analytical thinking, innovative spirit and desire to try something new. Sovereign communication in German and English. Teamplayer mentality with creativity and problem-solving competence. That would be a bonus: Experience with Python-based AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face or LangChain. End-to-end AI projects: from data processing to deployment. Cloud or on-premise experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP BTP). SAP or planning know-how – a real plus, but no need.
