Head of Transformation and Digitization Initiatives to Optimize Existing Business Processes Development of the application landscape and IT architecture with focus on scalable services and cloud-based technologies Joint development of suitable solutions with specialist areas and technical experts Analysis of technical feasibility and evaluation of economic frameworks of planned projects Coordination of all project-related internal interfaces and external partners Transfer of operational requirements to sustainable technical targets Implementation of specified functions and technical components within project structures Professional and strategic management of project participants and control of external service providers Ensure compliance with current standards, processes and quality requirements in the project environment

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Very good German and good English skills Multiannual, comprehensive experience in the introduction of various IT solutions Experience in a leading position in IT project management and software development Detectable experience in building, management and leadership of interdisciplinary and international project teams Ideally experience in implementing infrastructure projects, such as cloud migrations or IT security roadmaps Knowledge of modern IT infrastructures including the networking of different cloud solutions as well as generalistic knowledge in the fields of IT security and business continuity management Confidence with SOA-based IT architectures and corresponding approaches Very good knowledge of classic and agile project management methods and standards (e.g. GPM, PMI, PRINCE2, RUP, SCRUM) Strong process understanding and good IT confession, knowledge in software architecture are beneficial Self-employed, meticulous and methodological work and strong customer orientation Power of persuasion, communication strength and presentation skills
