In this part-time role, as a Senior Expert (m/f/d), you will support optimization of purchasing processes and tools within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle Support exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our purchasing department, including change management for the successful implementation of new processes and systems As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW), you will support optimizing and transforming the purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4HANA world Help our employees in purchasing and P2P regarding new processes and tools to maximize their success Create engaging reports and presentations for progress tracking and performance measurement that make our achievements visible

Qualification: You have a completed degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field Experience: You possess several years of experience in purchasing, P2P, and supply chain management, as well as solid experience with purchasing software and tools Expertise: You have proven experience in project management, including change management and process optimization Skills: You have excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Personality: You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, paired with a passion for collaboration Language skills: You have business-fluent German and English language skills
