Full time, limited to 2 years, E 11 TVöD with specialist allowance

The place is in principle divisible.

Key tasks

• independent examination and processing of applications, exceptions, deviations and exemptions
• Consultation of builders, planners and municipalities in matters of public building law and preventive fire protection
• technical assessment of structural police questions and implementation of fire prevention schemes
• Substantive examination of related legal areas within the competence of the lower building law authority, e.g. EWärmeG, PV-Pflichtverordnung
• Perception of external service appointments

We expect

• Knowledge of construction planning and construction regulations
• ideally professional experience in the project management of new construction and reconstruction measures and/or experience in dealing with builders, planners and communities
• Self-initiative, enforcement and safe occurrence
• negotiation and organizational skills
• Cooperation and team skills
• good written and oral expressability in German
• Knowledge in handling MS Office applications
• a valid driving permit (class B) and the willingness to use your own car for service
