Head of Human Resources and Facility Management (m/f/d)

You are the first respondent for operational and strategic personnel management in-house as -extern, acting with the Management Board in the Sparring. In the Human Resources and Building Management division, you are responsible for the entire range of personnel management (strategic personnel planning, recruiting, remuneration). In addition, the responsibility for the construction (including new building), the facility services (for about 400 factory apartments) and the central post office are included. You carry out around 110 employees, motivating, team-oriented and targeted, professional and personal competencies continuously develop, ensure a motivating working environment with the adoption of self-responsibility. In doing so, you rely on a modern, mindful understanding of leadership. You organize flexible, fast and efficient personnel management with efficient structures and processes as well as flat hierarchies with design playrooms. Change management, organization and process development / Cultural change are an integral part of your management task, in particular taking into account innovation and digitalization. You control the organization unit entrepreneurial, strategic and result-oriented (budget planning and cost management based on key figures, quality assurance, etc.). You establish a modern, forward-looking personal planning and a meaningful personal controlling. You create future-oriented services and ensure compliance with quality standards with high internal and external customer and service orientation. You are safe and experienced in the company-wide interface and forum management, competently represent the personal representation and labour regulations, negotiate service agreements and collective agreements in close coordination and cooperation with the Executive Board. As part of the statutory tasks, you act as a contact person for the employee representation and are representativein the subjects of co-determination towards bodies. You have a high level of integrity, act in dialogue and maintain an esteemed communication with partners of the employers' association, members and trade unions. You have a clear focus on the efficient performance of the legal requirements, which is aimed not at short-term, but medium- and long-term successes, and in particular at personal and financial stability. You have a successfully relevant university degree (Jura, BWL, Economic Engineering, etc.) with a focus on staff, have additional qualifications in HRThemen. You have a multiannual professional and leadership experience in personnel functions with greater personnel responsibility, like generalized (medium-sized) embossed (public) service companies with group structures and proportionally high industrial workforce. You have very good knowledge of modern instruments and systems of social and human resources management and participation and participation management. Your change management expert is well-founded. You are experienced in the successful support of transformation processes, in the optimization and development of structures, processes, standards, in the digitization of HR processes and systems. You possess very good project management competencies as well as good know-how in personnel and organizational development, with a pronounced strategic vision.
