IT Service Owner – Cloud & Infrastructure

You are responsible for the service portfolio of your domain and develop it so that services are clearly structured, comprehensible and consistently controllable. Analyze existing services, detect redundancy and gaps and actively promote their cleaning. Close cooperation with engineering teams to translate technical content into understandable, usable services. Continuous development of services with a view to quality, structure and economy. Creating transparency in service costs, supporting budgets and forecasts and questioning existing cost models. Experience in a comparable role, such as Service Owner, Product Owner or Delivery Manager in Information Technology. Complete study of computer science, business information technology or a comparable degree or equivalent qualification. Good understanding of IT infrastructure, such as cloud, identity, network, servers or platforms. Strong experience in ITSM tools, ideally with ServiceNow. Understanding how IT services can cause and control costs. Ability to bring together technical teams and disciplines and advance topics in a structured manner. Clear, sound communication and the willingness to constructively question existing solutions. German language skills and good English skills. Advantages: knowledge in FinOps or cost management, practical experience with ITIL, cooperation with external service providers or work in regulated environments.
