As part of the central administration of the Technical University of Munich (TUM), the Central Department 4 - Immobilien at all TUM sites ensures that the scientists and the students from all over the world provide, maintain and adapt the best possible infrastructure for research and teaching and to adapt to changing framework conditions. To complement our team at the Munich site, we are looking for you at the next possible time as a material processing (m/w/d) for our building management area (full time, 40.0 hours/week, unlimited) Your task area

• Planning, preparation and implementation of tenders for supply and services in facility management in compliance with the procurement rules applicable to contracting authorities and their documentation
• preparation and creation of performance directories and adaptation of operating concepts
• independent processing of order and ordering
• Ensuring and further development of contract management
• Quality assurance of facility management services incl. Advertising processing
• Participation in the creation of monthly and annual reports
• Support in the further development of existing controlling processes and systems Your profile You have a successfully completed business or comparable Bachelor or technical college degree or have a training in real estate purchase, commercial training in office or administration, ideally complemented by a further education as a specialist or comparable qualification.

They have already been able to gain first professional experience in a comparable field of activity and are familiar with the German procurement law in particular UVgO, VgV and VOB/A and are familiar with the design of works and services contracts. At best, you already have knowledge of building management and/or facility management or have a strong interest in obtaining new knowledge. They show a pronounced commercial sense and can also handle complex tasks independently, structured, carefully and reliably. Also in problem situations, you can keep an overview and prioritize relevant topics. They enjoy a dynamic environment, are in service-oriented as well as communication-strong. Networked and constructive cooperation in the team is just as natural for them as customer and service-oriented thinking and acting. Secure knowledge of German in word and writing as well as an experienced handling of the MS Office package may also be assumed.
