Central management of outpatient services (m/f/d)

Your role As a central line for the outpatient services, you assume a key function within the BeneVit group. You are responsible for the strategic and economic management of the outpatient services and continue to develop the future-oriented area. You work directly with the management and make a visible contribution to the further development of the BeneVit Group.

Your duties Total responsibility for operational management and strategic development of outpatient services Analysis of relevant economic indicators for the overall range and the individual outpatient services as well as derivation of convertible control pulses Development and implementation of growth strategies taking into account relevant key figures Expansion of the outpatient area by identifying new market potentials and building out outpatient services Sales positioning of outpatient services on the market and regional networking Close cooperation with the management, the management of the outpatient services and the central departments

Your profile Multiannual management experience, ideally in outpatient care or in business / sales Impressed entrepreneurial understanding in the areas of organisational development and sales as well as a safe handling of economic indicators Experiences in market development or in the development of outpatient services are advantageous. You are powerful, solution-oriented and bring strategic vision Sovereign personality with design will, clear value compass and identification with a human-centered care philosophy
