Job contents:

• In your new function, you can use machines and devices for sterile and cell culture technology on a large scale for the production of Bulk Drug Substance in the GMP environment.
• They carry out various filtrations, production of biopharmaceutical active substances under cGMP guidelines, thereby keeping the GMP-compliant documentation of the production process
• Furthermore, the cleaning and sterilization of plants and equipment required for the process are your new tasks
• They also independently maintain cell culture fermentation plants and filtration plants
• They are responsible for carrying out the activities within the team and the adjacent production units
• Thanks to your existing knowledge, the application of DV systems (e.g. MES, PLS, Labware etc.) is easy.

Requirements:

• Complete training as a bioskilled workerin, production specialist for biotechnology/chemistry, pharmacistin, chemistin or related directions in large-scale productions or natural science training or a comparable qualification, e.g. brewerin, mälzerin or Dairy specialist, bakerin, specialist for fruit juice technology, mechatronics with several years of professional experience ideally in the GMP environment
• Good work organization and ability to process complex work content independently and purposefully, as well as a craftsmanship and understanding of hygienic work
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP requirements, in particular regarding plant design, data integrity
• Good PC knowledge in all popular MS Office applications
• High quality understanding and occupational safety awareness.
• Ability to separate problem detection and resolution
• Team players, above-average commitment, flexibility, initiative and agility
• Willingness to work in 2-shift, partly including weekends and participation in flexible deployments are prerequisites.
